Diann and I both agreed there were so many great posts this week, hard to just pick two features each!

This garden flower she made with dishes is adorable!  I want to make one!

Features from TTF #121


So many great posts this week that I had a hard time choosing just two to feature! 

Sherry @ Back 2 Vintage shared her yard sale finds and these fabulous Blue Ridge plates were my favorite find of the week!
I love the texture on these plates!


Debra @ Frugal Little Bungalow shared how she started most of her vegetables and flowers from seed this year.
That is a big savings I know!  
I'm hoping to take her advice next year and start some flowers from seed!

Once again Diann and I are so thankful for all of you who join us for Thrifty Things Friday!
This week I had a hard time choosing but these two are a couple of favorites

Lynda Bergman Design shared a wonderful way to capture memories with this charming shadowbox.
She kept sand from her daughter's first sandbox and this photo to create a lasting memory!

Land of EnCraftment found some really thrifty things to share with us, but this stunning cabinet was my favorite!
I can just imagine this filled with all my treasures!

I fell in love with this idea of a gum machine full of beautiful pearls!

I turned a little 'green' with envy at the post on
She said it was a 'yard sale jackpot' and she wasn't kidding!  This set of Federal Bowls is only one of the many amazing items she bought!

I absolutely love Pyrex and Pink Pyrex?  Be Still my heart!  The Adventures Of Two Thrifting Sisters came across a lovely set of bowls

Doodle Buddies created this adorable cupcake stand out of cardboard and paper!
I love how creative this is and you could personalize it for different themes!

What a week it has been!  Moving is no fun but knowing I'll be closer to my sweet Grandson keeps me going!  Diann and I appreciate all the great linkups this week! 

My first feature is Diane at Lavender Dreams
She made this gorgeous pillow using some vintage items to add some 'romance' to her bedroom!  Diane I would love to make a pillow like this and thanks for your post maybe I can!

My other feature this week is  Meg from My Vintage Life.  Meg lives in Australia and shares her wonderful vintage finds with us! 
These hatboxes are wonderful!  They make such great storage and have such great panache!

Features TTF #113

Thanks Diann for helping me visit last week!

This week we again had so many great link ups!
My first favorite is from Penny's Vintage Home
She set a wonderful vintage tablescape using a typewriter table & folding chairs!
I love this so much!  Thanks Penny!

My other Feature this week is from
She bought some of the 100 year anniversary Ball jars, but then turned the box into a tray!
I love how she sees a tray where I see trash!

This week I have to have a third Feature
Crafty Journal made these awesome magnets using stamps.  
She did Patriotic stamps, but I could see these being used with other stamps also...Christmas, Love Stamps, etc!  With a little help these would be a great craft idea for the kids!

 Here are my feature picks for week #112

Sometimes the most simple idea can be just so eye catching.  That's what I found from Lydia's Post where she shared the cutest 'wreath' for your front door or pool area!
A painted frame, cute flip flops and lettering!
I love this idea! 

My 2nd feature of the week is Diane from An Extraordinary Day.  She took a box mix and tweaked it.  She substituted canned pumpkin for milk in the recipe 
and made these amazing muffins!

So many great posts last week it's hard to pick just two favorites!  Still I knew when I saw these two posts they spoke to me!  
I'm really drawn to the 'junkin' posts as that is where my heart is!

My first feature this week is Helen and Her Daughters, she found some awesome patterns and buttons at an Estate Sale that just made me swoon!

Diann and I thought it would be fun to feature a few posts each week!

My first feature is Noreen Doll (isn't that the cutest name) from Crafty Journal her tutorial on making plastic lid stamps was easy, inexpensive and fun!
I will be doing this with my Grandson!

Back to my 'Junkin' roots I enjoyed Angela's post on Called Her Blessed 
and her Flea Market finds.
She found the most interesting canning jars I've ever seen.
