I have two awesome vintage and thrifty things to share with you
Both are also additions to my collections
A blue fridgie! I'm not sure what set this came from but when I saw it at Goodwill and it was priced reasonably AND it was Senior Day, I had to have it! Cost: $1.... Score!
This next find was the only thing found on this quick visit to Value Village last week
This hammered aluminum bread tray is in wonderful condition
This Rodney Kent piece marked 404 has his well known Tulip design on it
and applied ribbon and flower handles
I saw this listed on line for $25
I paid $3
I'm joining Suzanne for
and
Diann for
Hugs,
Linda

Good Bargains Linda!~Ames
Great buys Linda. I love the hammered aluminum tray, a very nice alternative to silver.
You should be a personal shopper! Nobody finds better bargains than you!
Pyrex is really the "in" thing now. It has been around forever, but has gotten real popular again. You got it at a good price.
Such great finds! Gosh, love that hammered aluminum, so pretty. I was gifted with a four piece Pyrex set with those lidded casseroles a lifetime ago - two still survive, not sure what fate befell the other two??
Happy VTT!
Two super finds! The aluminum tray is beautiful. What a great buy you got.
How do u do it? I saw a pyrex bowl at our GW that was all scratched up and they wanted $8 for it! Your refrigerator dish looks to be in great shape!
My parents had a hammered aluminum serving tray - - - wonder where that thing went?
Hi Linda....Congrats on your finds. The tray is particularly nice.
Take care and thanks SO MUCH for all your visits and comments. Love when you stop by my blog. Susan

Great find Linda! That fridgie is from the primary set - it came with two smaller red ones and a large yellow one.
You always find great goodies, Linda...I really loved the hammered aluminum dish! Thanks for stopping by my fun finds post, too!
You really do find some of the very best deals! The Dad would love that refrigerator glass....he can't seem to get enough of them. Pretty soon, he's going to need to start collecting cabinets to put all them in.....still waiting to find one with my cat food in it.....
Purrs to you and Charlie!

Boy, there's not much that will set my feet a'dancin' faster than good bargains like these.
Good for you.
I haven't been thrifting in awhile...I have been busy hauling stuff BACK to the thrift shops....my closets are full, my hutches are full, my drawers are full...
I gotta get rid of some so I can go get MORE. :))
love the tray with the tulip....is that the place over on Cobb Parkway where you found it??
Both are superior finds, Linda!
I do love hammered aluminum!
Great finds! Oh, I don't think I've seen a fridgie blue like that one before. I have a clear one!
Thanks for popping in to see me.
be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
