Join The Party!

Today is the 4th Annual St. Patrick's Day Blog Crawl at Cuisine Kathleen!   I hope you go over and check out all the fun
St Patrick's Day posts!

I'm sharing some fun 'green' and St Paddy's day finds from my getaway last week.

You can find such great things at the thrift stores and low prices if you look oh and if your lucky!
This plate has no markings but I would guess it was a souvenir from a trip to Ireland
I picked it up for .50

This 'Luck of the Irish' pillow was found at the same thrift store and was also .50
The green sugar & creamer I found at a Habitat for Humanity store.  I little on the high side with most of their prices I was going to leave without finding anything when I took one more look in the kitchen area and found these hiding behind something...price $2 for the set!

This minty green Pyrex baking dish came with all the grime for $1....it is soaking in soapy water right now!

The Tupperware container was $1 and the cute kitchen towel was .40....so I'm a lucky girl even if I'm not Irish!

Join in with Kathleen and enjoy the Green!

Hugs,
Linda

Neat plate...I use Awesome, in a spray bottle, to cut through grease build-up on any baking dishes, works like a charm. You can find it at most dollar stores and WalMarts. I like the dollar stores, it is cheaper that WM!

Some lovely greens you're sharing today, dear lass! Believe it or not, I'm taking down all of my St. Patty's stuff inside today. Our town had it's celebration over the weekend, and plus, there's such a short time to have all of the Easter stuff out.....

Looks like you got pretty lucky with those finds. Our Habitat for Humanity is a bit pricey too, but sometimes I can find a bargain.
Hugs,
Laura

As always you are up to your Banner in Thriftyness! Love all your green stuff. Your banner is great! I have some of that green moon and stars...in fact an oil lamp...cool.

Sorry, I haven't been by in awhile. It's been busy at CITexas Gal with writing stories about my Texas Folks and getting ready for the debut of the 1940 US Census. Come on over and see what's up with that...you might want to join in the 1940 US Census Community Project. Especially if you are into your Family Genealogy. Hope to see ya soon....Sue

I don't have even one drop of Irish in me, Linda, but I still enjoyed seeing your green treasures!

Thanks for all your visits to my blog, too, and for all your comments. Susan
