I wanted to create this vignette that I had on my fall pinterest board and decided it was perfect for Debbiedo's Copy Cat Party!
I saw this on a blog but it came from Better Homes and Gardens magazine
I have an old scoop and wanted to give this a try
It was an 'inspiration' and not a true copycat
My scoop is a little smaller, I don't have all the fruits nor that picture as a background.
I also didn't have a vintage sage tin but used a vintage shaker and I think it works
Instead of a Thanksgiving Turkey card I used a fall leaf card.
I am glad I gave it a try! I had everything I neededto put this vignette together. The scoop was a yard sale find and I think I paid a couple of dollars for it! The platter is an old Franciscan ware Apple pattern.
This was fun!

I had one of those scoops in my summer kitchen fairy garden. Now I will have to copycat. Love it Linda. I always love Franciscan ware too.
You did a great job! I should try a copy cat sometime! Happy Fall Linda!
I like yours better, love the vintage Franciscan apple plate. I used to have an apple theme in my old kitchen and yet never had these plates! xo
Oh, I really like this! I almost bought a scoop at an antique mall. Wishing I had now.

Cool idea...need to find my large scoop!
I like your version better!
I've been trying to figure out how to work my Granny's old cast iron skillet into an autumn vignette.....still pondering, lol.
Yours is magazine quality too. I love it, so fall-like and festive.
Oh, I love it! You really came close on that one and I like the leaf much better in yours! Guess what I got today! I'll write you! Sweet hugs!
Thank you sweet Linda. It is really fabulous. You are so good at these copies and I always love when you join me.
Okay - I think it does look that the picture you copied - great job! And it looks like fun.
I really like that. Your version is just as nice as the one you were copying.
Well done! I'll have to try copycatting one of these days!
Your vignette turned out cute Linda! Love the Indian corn:@)
It works for me! I'm always eyeing scoops, but have yet to find one in my cheap price range.
You did a great job!
Enjoy your weekend.
Love your copycat! What a great scoop! Thank you for sharing your fabulous Fall inspiration and creativity at Potpourri Friday!
Linda,
You are one awesome copy cat...looks GREAT!!!
Blessings,
Linda
You did a great copy cat job. I love your inspiration pic, too.

How fun!!! You did a wonderful job! I love the addition of the corn, and I prefer your napkin with it's cute little acorns! Thanks for visiting me, Linda! I always love your comments!
I've picked up those scoops a thousand times in shops and put them back not knowing what I'd do with one. Now I have an idea. The next one is coming home with me. Thanks for sharing!
Looks great! Love the Indian corn. So cute! Great copycat!
ahhh, you did great...this is a great copycat..love that corn.
Isn't this a fun party? I am already looking for one to do in October.haha

You did a great job, Linda :)
Way to go, Linda! I like that scoop. I wonder if it was used for grain or something like that? It's really pretty big! I like your interpretation of the vignette. I didn't get time to do one. It always seems I'm otherwise swamped every time Debbie holds on of these fun parties! :-( I think if I get some down time anytime soon that I will just have to do one and hold onto it for the next copycat party! :-) Have a great weekend!
Wonderful fall vignette! I love the idea of the scoop!!!!
Hi Linda....
GREAT JOB! Yours looks fabulous. Linda, can you send me an email and tell me how you get your A La Carte on your photos? Is it hard? Thanks. Susan
Great job! I like the things filling your scoop better..more Fallish
