THRIFTY FINDS #3

Time to share some more thrifty finds.....

Mondays are half price days at one of my local thrifts...sometimes your lucky and sometimes not...this week well you decide
I found only one plate of this very cute pattern
Had to have it with all the Rooster love in blogland
50 cents for the plate and 25 cents for the saucer
Pattern is HONEY HEN...love it!
I found this set of snack dishes and cups
I like the pattern and shape
Not a bad price and headed to my Etsy shop
So only a few bargains half-price
Tuesday is Senior Day at Goodwill
25% off which is only OK
Two cute cups
Love the patterns
Acrylic Apple napkin rings
Eight for $1.35

My favorite find this week
Two dinner plates for 75 cents total
Cherries and they have a blue rim
they will look cute with that table runner I found last week

So that's it for this week
I'm joining a couple of fun parties

Debbie for her GARAGE SALEN PARTAY #5

Some of my Favorite things with LAURIE

Be sure to visit to see some other fabulous bargains!

Hi Linda,
You did pretty good. I like all your great finds and those two little plates are darlin!

Our thrifts have stopped having 50% off days. Now they do color days and usually what I want doesn't have that particular color!

hugs
Sissie

You found some nice bargains. I am trying to avoid yard sales and thrift shops these days, since I am trying to clean out - not accrue more. Enjoy your weekend.

Yup, those cherry plates are just too cute! Our local Goodwill gives you a 10% senior discount every day but they never have anything worth going these days. I think all their good stuff goes on the Goodwill website. Plus once they started AUTOMATICALLY giving me the senior discount, that was just too depressing.

Linda, you definitely found some fun buys. The rooster plate is unusual and a cute one. But the cherry plates are going to make a great addition to a tablescape. I'll be eager to see it! ~ Sarah

The rooster plate is so cute! I love those clear glass luncheon sets--I've seen a couple in my thrifting, too. The acrylic napkins rings are adorable, too :) Bye for now.

You know me and roosters. I would have bought them for sure. Thanks even more for linking to Garage Salen Partay...That sounds like my kind of party. I am off to check it out.

Well, this was a pleasant find. Thanks for stopping at my blog and leaving a comment. So, do you sell your finds on Etsy? Or do you just add them to your home. I LOVE thrift stores, Salvation Army, Goodwill....garage sales....ahhhhhhh. I think you had a good day at the thrift store.
