NIFTY THRIFTY AFTER CHRISTMAS SALES

Today we have snow and ice here in Georgia!  I am safe and sound snuggled in my home.  So it's a good thing I hit all the after Christmas sales last week!

I found a few things at Cracker Barrel marked 70% off
This nativity scene will be used next year under a cloche in a vignette.  Originally $12.99 I paid $3.90
The snowflake candles will be used in a winter tablescape as will the red snowflake ornaments  Candles from Cracker Barrel 70% off

I also made a stop at Hobby Lobby and found these items at 80% off
I only bought two candles as I have so many already  but you can never go wrong with red and white
I could not pass up these cute ornaments

I really love this 'Believe' and it will stay out for awhile with my winter decor...at 80% off I only paid $2

My biggest bargains were found at Target
90% off....it was very picked over but I found some great deals and some gifts for next year I can't show you but here is some of what I bought
Snow globes and ornaments
Various ornaments ranged
from 20 to 80 cents ea
Cat toys
A few berry picks
Candy and a tablecloth
I only paid $1.29 for this!

I had a great time and when I got my receipt the cashier said and you saved.....
$186.22.....I paid less the $20 for the sale items

Joining Linda at Coastal Charm

Hi Linda!
You found some really fun and awesome after Christmas treasures! It is going to be so fun when you re-discover them next year. I can't believe I didn't hit any after Christmas sales this year. It was a very weird Christmas for me.

How fun, Linda! I found some great Chrismtas bargains at Michael's and Hobby Lobby last week, as well. I paid less than $11 and got quite a lot! ~ I saw that you live in Georgia. I live just north of Columbus. Are you anywhere near me? ~ Congrat's to your Auburn Tigers! :)

Hi Linda...

Wow...you got some really pretty Christmas things at a great price! I always shop the after Christmas sales! I don't think I've ever paid full price for any of my pretties! Gotta love it! You know, it's always so much fun the next Christmas too...when you open all the things that were purchased the previous year! Much of the time, I have forgotten what I even bought...so it's a great surprise! Hehe! Thanks for sharing your pretties with us!

Warmest wishes,
Chari @Happy To Design

Wow, wow, wow! $186 savings. You are good at this.

You are really on a roll! I think the receipt itself should be framed.
Love the red snowflakes (and white & red)
and I guess I should be thankful my van is not running. Temptation to try and see what stores have left is not strong enough for me to risk breaking down on the road in 10 degree (or lower) weather.

Wow! I am so impressed with your buys! I love the striped tablecloth. I tried to get wrapping paper that could be used for times other than Christmas and ended up with a lot of pokadots and stripes! Have a great dayand we are out of school again tomorrow.

Wowsers, Linda. You really got some good deals. My best ones were at Target, too. I was skipping through the aisles of incredulous bargains. Ohhhhh, I LOVED your creche. It was very attractive. Wonder what kind of material it was made from. Well, Linda, take care. Congrats on all your treasures. Susan
