RED & WHITE SNOWFLAKES

Here is a January Tablescape featuring snowflakes!
I used items I already had for this tablescape
These place mats and matching napkins were an after Christmas buy from WalMart several years ago
I used a white plate topped with a plain red plate
I added milk glass goblets and my red handled flatware.  I added a Pyrex white divided serving dish for vegies.
Table set for two
The centerpiece includes the only new items
The snowflake candles bought on clearance from Cracker Barrel with this tablescape in mind
I have used these acrylic snowflakes many times this year

The cake plate with a plain red candle and these snowflakes give a nice sparkle to the table

I'm joining these two parties this Wednesday

Love your red and white! The snow here was mostly melted today with rain, so the red is perfect for me thinking warmer!

Hi Charlie! I thought I would stop by and visit with you for a bit. I see your Mom has set the table for you and I...but where's the food?!? Hmmmm...what's this all about???? Doesn't she understand that we need food for energy? I mean how else will we be able to tear through the house at rocket speed??? Maybe you should go grab the phone book. We'll order some anchovy pizza to be delivered okay? I think that would look quite lovely on the red and white tablescape, don't mew???

Purrs!

Oh the reds and whites are so cheery on a cold winter day -- love the placemats and the snowflake napkin holders and I want to steal the milk glass goblets -- but I won't because I don't know where you live and my momma told me it wasn't right. Joni

Linda this is wonderful! I love how red and white set the inspiration for this winter setting. I never would have thought of using red for winter but this is adorable! Those placemats and napkin rings are awesome. I certainly did not see them at Walmart. Your centerpiece is perfect too! Great tablescape!

Linda, just absolutely cheerful and beautiful. Great for winter and for Valentine's day too, I think. Especially since it's so snow covered that time of year for so many of us. Really like the table setting.

What a wonderful and fun winter wonderland table!!! I just love the red and white together. We are getting snow AGAIN on Thursday. I think the boys have missed one day of school every week since before Christmas!

Oh Linda, I adore this tablescape! Especially in red and white, instead of the more predictable blue and white. And the milk glass is so perfect for this setting. I'm glad to see that someone else is decorating for winter, because I still have my light-up snowmen outside, and light-up snowflakes too. People must think I'm crazy, that I still have my Christmas stuff lit up, but it's WINTER, not Xmas!
Happy REDnesday!

Hi Linda!
I gotta tell you girl....this is one of the prettiest and sweetest tablescapes that I have ever seen.
It's the red and white and simplicity of everything and of course, the snowflakes.
You just keep getting better and better!

Between the influence of you and my mother I can not pass up any good deal I find on snowflakes.
She likes to hang them and you show me a WORLD of possibilities to use them.

My wife is always looking for seasonal items like these for the house. She usually gets them after the season is over and then pulls them out for the next year.

Thanks for visiting my blog.
