VINTAGE CHRISTMAS FUN

Vintage Christmas items bring back memories of my childhood and also simpler times

I display some of the vintage items in the cubbies
On top and in the first set of cubbies we have
This ceramic elf
I just think he is so cute!
This little Santa looks like a squeeze toy
Second set of cubbies
I love this little dog
The bottom set of cubbies holds my Santa mugs.  There are other vintage items in the cubbies not highlighted here.

These next few items are ornaments that were on my Christmas tree growing up
These seem to be the only one's that have survived
 Purple and gold
Silver and Red indent
I love the shape of this one

I'm joining Suzanne for Vintage Thingy Thursday
Don't forget to join me for Junkin Finds Friday tomorrow

Happy Junkin,
Linda

I love your Christmas cubbies! That's such a great way to display old and very fragile ornaments. Oh, would you believe that i have that same box and same set of Christmas ornaments as you do?? I still have the box, and most of those ornaments go into glass dishes and vases around the house!

Hi Linda! Oh...reminds me of some of the ornaments we had when I was a little girl, too. I actually have a couple that somehow survived all these years...I should've thought to take pictures of them...hmmm...I guess there's still time! Merry Christmas, dear friend!

You know me....I love the unexpected. Not to say that I don't love all my shiny brites. I see you have your original box as well. I decorate with the boxes. The graphics are so cute. I am glad I made you smile. Merry Christmas.
