Several years ago I stopped into a small thrift shop. Looking around I didn't see much but as I was leaving this was in the showcase.
This milk glass pitcher and four glasses in the lovely
Harvest pattern by Indiana Glass.
I've seen this set in Antique Malls and at the Worlds Longest Yard Sale, but prices were always way out of my comfort zone.
The pitcher alone was minimum $25.
So I inquired about the price!
How about $20 for the set they said!
SOLD
I am love this and it's one of my favorite finds ever!

Hi Linda…I’m back to CollectInTexas Gal for the month of April with the AtoZ Blogging Challenge. My theme this year is based on two of my favorite subjects ‘Vintage Quilts and Texas’…AtoZ LoneStar Quilting Bee. I’ve missed your party, and I hope you will have a chance to come for a visit and meet the ladies of the LoneStar Quilting Bee. I’ll be there, too.
'Harvest' is the name of the pattern of your milk glass pitcher and tumblers. I have the pitcher with a set of 12 tumblers. What a great price and addition to your collection.

Hi Linda,
What a find! I have a set of 4 plates, 4 salad plates, a platter, and 4 goblets in this pattern. I bought them years ago from my older sis when she was down sizing. Since then I found a pitcher, but mine is hobnail. Still I love it. $20 was a great deal. Good for you! I would love if you linked this to Share Your Cup Thursday.
hugs,
Jann
