I am having some tough times here in Texas
My first night here I came down with a nasty head cold and I have not felt well at all
Mom's 81st Birthday is tomorrow
and she is doing okay. I wish I could say the same for my brother
Yesterday was the first chance I've had to see him since he took a turn for the worse and it was sad
We have a hard path ahead of us and we are trying to prepare ourselves
It is not easy
If I had one wish.....
Please keep my brother and my family in your thoughts and prayers

Sorry your brother is not doing well, Linda. I have several family and friends in very trying health related situations as well. My heart goes out to you.
I am so glad that you reached out for help and prayers from everyone - because when two or more pray for the same thing - I think God hears it faster and louder and knows were serious and in earnest.

After 4 1/2 weeks in the hospital, 2+ weeks in intensive care, my dad is finally doing better. remember the saying...when prayer is all you have, you realize prayer is all you need. So true.
