MY FIRST SPRAY PAINT MAKEOVER

Yes, this is my first spray paint make over.  I found this metal stand at a yard sale last summer
The lady told me it was painted black but she painted it gold...
I wish she hadn't!
But it had good bones and for $3 I decided I would repaint it
But what color?
I chose Pistachio
I have read everyone's comments about spray painting so
I just went for it
Not bad!
The color looks great on my weathered deck
I'm sure it will be moved around to find the perfect location and then plants added.  I am really happy with the color.
This will not be my last spray painting makeover.  It was easy and fun!

I'm joining two parties today

Stephanie for her fun
Krylon Kapers Party
This party is open all week so go over and share your spray paint makeovers!

Hugs,
Linda

Not bad at all - isn't spraying FUN. I've only done a few pieces but I impressed myself with the results. Great color for your plant stand.

Your very first spray paint project?!?! Charlie, is she serious??? Well I can tell you from experience, this won't be the last, but rather the first of many many many things. Paint can make most anything look a lot better......oh oh....Charlie, if she starts looking at you funny, RUN CHARLIE RUN!

P.S. - No Ms. Linda, you need not worry about the little bird, I would never ever touch it. "She" would never allow it. NEVER. "She" looked for it several times today and thought "she" heard leaves moving but never could find it. But you know "she" will look again tomorrow....

Linda, I remember when you got this last year and you said it was going to get a spray paint job. And yeah, it looks great! So, now that you know how easy it is to change something up with spray paint, are you mentally thinking, "Hummm...now THAT would look so much better if it was painted a different color?"

I love your first attempt. You did a fantastic job. I love the color, it is so soft. Not harsh like most spray paints. It looks great like it is but I am sure you will find the perfect spot. Hugs, Ginger

Lovely color! I just picked up some sprays on sale at our local Lowes... It's been too windy to paint and we are going to have some rainy days here for the better part of the week....oh well, I will have to sew instead LOL
