This little restaurant teapot was found yesterday at one of my favorite thrifts...I wasn't going to stop in but it was half price day and well...so glad I did! $1 after the discount!
This sugar bowl and creamer were found at two different thrift shops and I was amazed to find they matched
Marked Federalist Ironstone each piece was 99 cents
I love the simple lines on them
These two were found at a little thrift shop in Murphy, NC last week. Mr ALC and I took a mini vacation to the Smokey Mountains
This coffee pot does not have a lid but I think it would be lovely with flowers or even a green Christmas arrangement in it and....get this, both pieces were only $2
They are marked J & G Meakin England
Classic White
This pretty glass jar isn't vintage but I love the design
For right now it sits on my dresser
Not bad for some pretty classic whites!

These are wonderful white finds... So Lucky to find the matching set at different stores, THAT truly meant that they "Belonged to You"! The little coffee pot with no lid is Darling and you may find a lid, be sure to measure it and take that thrifting with you! actually you should POST RIGHT HERE where you said it's lid is missing the SIZE you need, "WE CAN ALL HELP"!!!
Hugs to you,
Donna

My very best girl friend works in Murphy and lives in Andrews! A nice quaint and quiet little town.
I love the white ironstone. As a matter of fact that looks pretty close to the Antique White pattern by Mikasa that I really really want. I also purchased a teapot without the lid for the very same reason. Great buys!~Ames
Great finds Linda!!
I love your finds Linda!! The white ironstone is gorgeous!!
Linda! That's the sugar and creamer from my mom's set when I was growing up. Of course, it's gone now and I've been toying with the idea of starting to collect some pieces. So fun to see it with you. I love your white dishes. I've got to go thriftin' soon!
Wow! You got some great deals there!

OMWord! Your fabulous red glass in your header popped up with only white before your background loaded, and it is simply the most fabulous photo! Wow, just wow!
Your whites are WONDERFUL! What luck you have finding good companies and great prices. Even your contemporary glass is great. This is the lovelies blog post I've seen this month. Hah! It's only Dec. 1st. Seriously though, thanks for the eye candy, vanilla candy that is.
