Holiday Thrifting

On my last large thrifting/Estate sale outings I scored some items for several holidays and seasons!

St. Patrick's Day
The little bell (.50) will go in the cubbies and the cute shamrock tealight(.39) can always be used!

Easter
These items were found at a yard sale
The cute bunny box will look great with my rabbit collection (.25) and the great glass eggs were in a box with lots and lots of goodies that I only paid $2 for

Halloween/Fall
At an Estate sale I picked up and put down this grapevine pumpkin several times, but finally paid the $3 and I'm soooo glad I did!  The orange planter (.60) looks great with it!

Christmas
I have so many Christmas decorations that I only buy something if it REALLY speaks to me and all of the above did!
The two ceramic elves were at a thrift shop and I fell in love with them, $3 for the pair I had to get them!  The little ceramic deer was .99 and the Penguin tealight holder was .50
But the knee-hugger elf for .25 was my best find!

Joining Diann for Thrifty Things Friday
It pays to shop out of season for Holidy items!

Hugs,
Linda

So even with your jet setter life style you've found some time to do a little thrifting. Nice finds. I, too, have something for knee hugging elves.
Love the eggs!

Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.
Let summer begin!

Beware of that 25 cent knee hugging elf!!! Remember what a pair of them did to my couch last Christmas?! Make sure you put him in a box and seal it up tightly. Just think of the trouble he could get into in your "dish" closets! Yikes! :@

I love finding holiday items like that. I haven't been to many yard sales yet. My favorites are the multi-family ones, and I just seem to keep missing them.
