YELLOW FINDS AND MORE FROM WLYS 2010

I am working on getting all my WLYS finds photographed and posted.  Today since it is Thursday and time for Ms Jenny's Rainbow Summer School, I will be showing you my yellow finds from the weekend.
Not that many but still a few special things.
I found this cute Pyrex refrigerator dish at my last stop and this pale yellow bootie from McCoy
OK theses are more cream then yellow but they belong in the yellow family!
The cute little bunny is a salt shaker orphan and he was free!!
The shoe was one of a group I got for a great price
These are McCoy pottery baby shoes
I found this yellow planter for $1
and the February Angel for a quarter
I found these two Rooster fruit bowls that match a plate I have and I only paid $1 for the two of them!
These items aren't part of the 'yellow' post but I wanted
to share a few more finds with you
These baby shoes are coated with some kind of silver paint and they are really pretty cool, they were 50 cents each
The two taupe plates were a quarter each
I have shown you the baby spoon but the black depression glass creamer was $1 and I think it is in the Mt Pleasant pattern
These are the clear glass items I  bought
This wonderful glass frog was $3
Boopie Glasses!!  The small sherberts were $2 each and while I tried to get her to come down, she 'knew' what she had and wouldn't budge.  The other Boopie glass I got for $1
I was happy to add these to my Boopie collection

That's all for today....still more to show you so come on back!

I'm joining Ms Jenny for RAINBOW THURSDAY
and
Suzanne at COLORADO LADY
All my finds are pretty much vintage!

Thanks for your sweet comments about my trip!
I promise more photos and more stories!

Always,
Linda

Linda, you found quite a haul. I remember the little McCoy booties. My mom had several of these, but have no idea what happened to them. :-)

Wow, Linda. You made quite a haul, I'd say. What's the story behind the Boopie glasses, I wonder? Don't know too much about them. Take care. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your "loot." Susan

Do you think God will forgive me for coveting your glass frog? Love your rooster bowl finds, and the black Depression glass (I've never seen that before). The soft yellows are so pretty.

The boopie glasses I had never heard the name - but my mother in law had those and everytime we came over she had jello made in them for the kids. She was wonderful and I miss her. Nice memories and I like your yellow collection.
