So jump on over after visiting with me and check out the other fun posts, you know there will be lots of Valentine's this week!
I found these three items at the thrift shop

I really like this apron. It is a sweet chocolate brown with white polka dots and two cute heart pockets

It has this lovely 'L' on it for Linda!!

I love to have coffee mugs for each holiday
These heart mugs are wonderful

Made by Waechtersbach I love all their wonderful dishes

This wooden heart is very special. My Dad made it for me many years ago in a home I had decorated in 'country' style. He cut it out, painted it and I have had it for over 20 years. A most special memory of a wonderful man.
So how may 'Sweet' Hearts do you have?
Always,
Linda

Hmmm, mugs for every holiday - just what I need, something else to collect! That heart is so sweet - sometimes the simple things are most meaningful.
This is really lovely!
Love the aprons!
oh how cute is that apron. I do believe that aprons are back "in"!
I remember it was a required wardrobe item in the kitchens of the 50's. Vintage is awesome, yes?
What a cute red post ...fitting right in with the upcoming Valentines Day! Thanks for sharing.
Linda, that apron is dreamy and who can resist a mug with hearts on it? TFS
Oh, nice post Linda. How neat that the apron has your initial. The heart from your Dad is very special. Have a great day! Sincerely, Susan from writingstraightfromtheheart.blogspot.com
I love the heart- I have a few things of my Daddy's and I just treasure them. They are not supr valuable to anyone else- no one would even suspect how much I treasure them. That makes them even more wonderful! Thanks for visiting our blog!
Hi Linda! Love your apron!.. And the cups?? I have a growing collection of dishes myself, and I also have mugs for EACH and just about EVERY holiday too! They are just part of the fun of entertaining!.. The heart, from your father, is the best RED of all here today though! Happy Rednesday, and it's nice to meet you today! ~tina
I love the apron. And finding it with an 'L' on it is a real deal. I went thrifting the other day and found nothing. You seem to find such great things. Your dad sure was nice to make that heart for you. Rosie
Your mugs are so cute! I have a friend that changes out all her mugs for each holiday. I don't really even use mugs...I like teacups better, but I think it is so cute to have them for each holiday.
You were meant to have that cut apron! Love the heart your dad made. I have lots of things made by my step-grandfather. I love them! My dad makes my tax return for me every year and I ususally get a refund. Does that count?
Hi Linda,
That is a cute apron and how special the heart is.
Nice treasures that you won from the giveaway.
Happy hunting!
Deb :)
