I'm a little late on Sunday joining in but it has been one of those 'days'.
My Dad had this silver coffee and tea service made for my Mother. She has since passed it on to me. It has been packed away for quite awhile now and has tarnished. I promise I will shine it up but for today here it is
As you can see this is not your normal elaborate silver service but this is more Modern lines

The sugar bowl lid shows the interesting design

This is the teapot, the coffee pot is a little larger

This is the creamer and sugar...I hope you have enjoyed seeing my coffee and tea service.
Always,
Linda

Hi Linda!
Wow, what a wonderful keepsake! Very cool design your dad had made of your mom. I really like it!
I have never seen such simple lines on silver. Such a joy to have family pieces. Thank you for sharing.
How amazing that your Dad had it made for your Mom. You're so lucky to have such a treasure.

Very pretty and a wonderful heirloom.
I am CRAZY about the lines on this set! It's different, but that's just what I love about it. :-)
And thank you so much for your comments on my "burnout" post, every visit and comment means so much to me!
XO,

Thank you very much, I'll have coffee with cream from that awesome Silver Serving Set! No sugar for me, but I'd take the sugar server any time. Wonderful Heirloom....especially since it was custom made for your Mama. I bet it's beautiful when all shiny and silver...such simple lines and design. Oh! I'm baaaaack!
Wonderful Silver Sunday post!

That is a beautiful set, leave it tarnished I say!!! Less work for you and gives it an additional vintage charm :-)

How nice and what a treasure
you will have forever. Terry
Your mom's silver set is stunning! Usually they are so heavy looking and froo froo. Your Dad had great taste. Thanks for stopping by and your for your encouragement.
