Thrifting Finds!

I'm downsizing more then buying these days, but I still enjoy the hunt and when I find something I need (or want) then I still get it!
Here are some of my recent finds!
Of course my ever present helper thinks when I set things up for a photo
he must be the center of it all!
Fun napkins and a cute kitchen towel
This great sectioned basket and a decorated broom that will be taken apart and re-purposed,
all of this was less then $2 at my oh so cheap thrift shop
Including this little bag of miniatures that I'm hoping someone with a doll house will enjoy.
I love these pop ups to hold Tiger toys
I also found a few vintage items
The Pyrex lid and cute leaf bowl both .25 each
The cute green bowls were .10 each and are Harker ware.  I use these little dishes for so many things including wet food for Charlie.
This is one of my favorite finds in a long while
A Hall's Kitchenware bowl for $1.59
In the Morning Glory pattern.

So as you can see it's all things I need!

I love all your finds! I have a basket exactly like that. Mine is currently being used in my master bath closet. I have used in in many ways. Charlie is looking handsome...as always! Have a blessed week.

I'm loving the miniatures and they'll look adorable in a dollhouse! I'm trying not to buy much these days, but once in a while it's nice to treat ourselves to some old treasures, right?

That sectional basket is wonderful. I have a green one and we use it all the time. Really would prefer the natural wicker color. You always find the greatest things!!

I love your pottery the most! I search all the flea markets and thrift stores here in Naples and have outfitted my little place with them. Fun!

I love baskets and pretty dishes. It's fun to thrift shop even when you are downsizing. It's not expensive and gives us a shopping fix. I went today, too! haha! I donated a lot....and bought 2 items! So I'm okay I think! lol Hugs Sis!

Never stop thrifting especially when you keep finding little treasures like these for next to nothing. Charlie is one lucky kitty to be able to eat out of those vintage bowls.

Charlie is such a beautiful kitty.
I can't imagine not going to the thrift stores and finding something I just have to take home! I have more napkins and napkin rings than most stores...sad isn't it.
I am anxious to see what you will be doing with those cute rosettes on the broom...and how you will repurpose the divided basket.
Have a great week, Linda.

oh my gosh Linda that blue Hall bowl is like the first dish I ever bought at a yard sale in 1975. I remember because my daughter was just born and I was a stay at home Mom ,on my way to a country grocery store there was a gal having a yard sale and I bought a large Hall blue bowl with the flowers in it for 10 cents !!!!!!I still have that bowl and almost did a post about it now I must !! I want your little bowl to match mine and I bet you want mine to match yours LOL ????

I'm smiling....in spite of what my hubby says, I am not the only person in the world who feeds her cat in an antique/vintage bowl :^)
Thank you....you made my day and I'm in love with Charlie. Posie is a black and white kitty too....they always look so spiffy!
Blessings,
J
