Thrifty Things Friday #135

It's that time of the week when we gather at Diann's to share all our thrifty finds and ideas with each other!  Last week I had some things to share but never got them posted when Tiger fell and broke his arm. He is doing great and so this week here are my fun finds.

I found this adorable piece to add to my collection.  I love the color on this Shenango restaurant creamer and it was only $1.50

These candlewick s&p shakers caught my eye.  One is cloudy and missing a top but the other one is perfect and for $1.25 they came home with me!

I love this wine glass and since I have two others like it I was thrilled to add this one for .50

My favorite find...
This Shawnee pottery planter is such a fun find.  I love the elf shoe and it was only $1 since it is damaged.  Once upon a time there was a little Elf attached to it.

You can see where the elf was attached
I still love it as is!
I will add one of my knee hugger elves to it at Christmas!

Join Diann and I at
The Thrifty Groove and link up your thrifty posts!

I'm also joining

Wishing you JOY,

Linda

Very cute elf boot. This past month I have been finding elfish or leprechaun vintage pieces. I now have enough for a grouping.

I think the shakers look just as nice without the top. Could be sued as a bud vase or as legs on a glass sculpture, cake plate?

I hope Tiger heals quickly and strong.

Love the elf planter - he is the cutest little thing. I have a collection of little elf like Christmas figures that I bought at an estate sale a few years ago. I think I will dig them out and use them this year.

Always fun to see what you come home with, Linda. I've not had time to visit any thrifts recently, but hope to soon. It's always fun!

What great finds. I will have to try and remember this next week, if my feeble little memory can last that long :)

Oh my... poor Tiger -- but I'm glad he's doing well! I went back and read your last several posts -- brave little guy! I've been so bad about visiting blogs lately, I just don't know what's going on in the blog world! Love that elf shoe planter -- who cares if the elf found another home, it's cute just on its own!

Oh sweet Tiger! I hope he is doing well. He has youth going for him doesn't he?
Your shares are always so much fun! You have a beautiful blog. I enjoyed reading some of the Paris posts early on. Then life gets in our way! Hugs Anne
