Thanksgiving is almost here!

I will be enjoying Turkey dinner next week with some of my best friends!
I love to display this vintage children's book and read it with Tiger before the big day!
The Halloween decor is gone and in it's place a few Thanksgiving pieces!
The creamers were both thrift shop finds.
Amber glass and a few little dishes along with my favorite Publix Market Salt & Pepper Pilgrim shakers just make me happy!
These cute little birds on a pumpkin were bought on clearance at Cracker Barrel last year.  I love it on top of two Bibles that belonged to my Dad

My daughter Ashleigh will be here this weekend and we will be having some great family time!

I hope you will join Diann and I for
the link is at her blog HERE

**There will not be a Thrifty Things Friday next week due to Thanksgiving**

and I will also be joining

Wishing you a Joyous Thanksgiving!

Linda

I'm really happy for you, Linda, that your life is so joyous! And those Publix S&P shakers are the cutest ones I've ever seen...and I'm lucky enough to have a set, too! My sister who lives in Georgia sent me them a few years ago and I just love them! They make me happy just looking at them, too!

Linda...I was in the car with my grandson the other day and trying to explain Thanksgiving. He has not seen an Indian...so I was telling him that they were dark tan people ( RED sounded confusing ) with long dark hair that lived here before the white people ( like us ) came over...being familiar with his crayon box he informed me that we were PEACH, not white.

Only a grandma would appreciate. LOL ! :) Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and give your little Tiger a hug from me and Brent! :)
