Bye Bye Summer

As the official date for Autumn approaches I thought I would show you my Summer decor
 one last time
Birds, Shells and Beach Glass Blues seem to be the theme of this bookcase
I love these colors of blue mixed with white!
This blue bottle is one of my oldest treasures and a favorite thing.  No markings but it looks like a Blenko glass to me.
Most everything on this shelf was thrifted, except for that gorgeous boy in the photo.
Tiger is priceless!

I started bringing out the Fall bins last week but didn't get much done as I started feeling icky.  I've been in the bed for a few days but I'm finally on the mend.  I even missed a much anticipated lunch with some of my Atlanta blogging friends (I miss you all so much and wanted to be there!)  But such is life.  So I think I'll feel well enough to get back to bringing the Fall to the bookcases and cubbies!

Joining these parties:

Wishing you JOY,

Linda

Linda, I love all your Summer finds...the picture of Tiger is perfect too!

Thank you for visiting Flora Doora and leaving a comment. I just bought my roses at the grocery for $4 a bunch and right before they wilted, I took them out of the water and hung them upside down to dry. I am sure there is a more sophisticated way to do it, however, this is what I do. The colors stay pretty good!
