WE have made it to the letter
Z
This completes our journey through the Alphabet
It has been a blast Miss Jenny
Please check out the other fun Z posts
I have decided that Z is for Zingy Colors and Zinnias
I wanted to show my Zinnias but decided I would combine it with a tablescape on my deck
Zinnias are such bright and beautiful flowers
The tablescape needed some zingy colors
The green in these plates is brighter then the photo shows
I love the edge detail
I added to the green plates a soft yellow salad plate
topped with a zingy green depression glass sherbet dish
Serving pieces in yellow and green
The serving pieces are vintage LuRay
Here is a view of the whole table
Who is that in the Zinnias?
A little bird hoping for some crumbs
There is Charlie "helping" in the background
(inside the screened porch)
Here are some of my favorite photos of my
Zinnias
I could go on and on....
I am also joining in these two parties
With Susan
At Between Naps on the Porch
and
With Suzanne at Colorado Lady
This tablescape was done with all thrifted items
The Zinnias were bought for 99 cents a pot
I think I've gotten my money's worth!
Be sure to enter my 200th post giveaway
Always,
Linda

Beautiful zinnias...love the green and yellow dishes. You always set such a pretty table, Linda. Cool pitcher, brings back memories of years gone by of pouring green kool-aid from one similar.
Lovely setting, I hope that you had a chance to enjoy it a bit. It sure looks like a relaxing place to sit.
Such pretty summer flowers to enhance your lovely outdoor tablescape, and at a bargain price too. The dishes are perfect for summer dining love the green pitcher, what a fab shape.

Pesky Japanese Beetles, but they are pretty. Zinnias are a favorite. I too like the edge on the plates. Very nice tablescape. Hi Charlie.
The flowers are beautiful, to be sure, but I adore those plates!
