Don't forget to check out the 2nd Giveaway Here
to help me celebrate the Count Down to the Big Six-0!! There will be 4 more after this one so be sure to keep checking back!

I am still working on sharing some of the wonderful finds from my Texas trip
I recently put together this tablescape inspired by these blue & white plates I found at a Thrift in Mississippi!
The centerpiece was this cute blue & yellow hat bought at a church rummage sale...I added some yellow daisy's!
These blue round placemats were a thrifty find and I love the color
I layered the dinner plate, salad plate and a fiesta yellow fruit dish
then added a blue and white egg cup
also a thrift store find
A pale yellow napkin and dark blue handled silverware
 complete the placesetting
Juice glasses with yellow sunflowers added a bright touch
Tea and cups waiting
I love the combo of blue and yellow and I think this looks springy for a morning brunch
Simple centerpiece
This cute orphan salt shaker is happy now!

I am joining in three parties today!

You are soooo right about blue and yellow being such nice spring colors. One of my favorite quilts made several years ago when I had a King size bed was a Butter Yellow and Blue Florals. Now I have a Queen, and I'm thinking I need to make another Blue and Yellow quilt to fit. Your blues and yellows are inspiring me....Sue

Blue and yellow is one of my all time favorite color combos. This tablescape is sheer delight for me. Have to say that those blue and white check plates you found at the thrift shop are about the loveliest plates I've seen. Love the swag to the design and the color is the perfect shade of blue. Is there any identification mark on the back of these. I'd love to know more about them if you have any information to share. Thanks! ~ Sarah
