Since I am celebrating Charlies Birthday this week, the cubbies have been filled with my cat collection!
Today I'm going to highlight some of my vintage cats and join Suzanne for her party Vintage Thingy Thursday!

This is one of my favorite vintage pieces
It is a string holder

Made my McCoy potteries I searched a long time for a reasonably priced piece and finally found one on Ebay several years ago

I found this sweet vintage planter in a thrift store

This cat is milk glass and was won on an Ebay auction
It was made by the Mosser Glass company in Cambridge, Ohio

This little guy was just too cute to leave in the thrift store

Made by Lefton and I paid 55 cents for him

This is a compact made by Estee Lauder and was found on the WLYS several years ago for 50 cents!

This piece was found at Scott's Antique Market here in Atlatna
I love the modern design and while it has some condition issues I still had to have it
Marked Wade England
Charlie wanted to remind you that Saturday he will be having his Birthday party and you are all invited!  There will be prizes!
See you then!

Of course I love all your kitties, especially that pink one on the top shelf . . . BooBooKitty extends a hearty Happy Birthday to Charlie but he's quite mad that he wasn't invited to the party. There's just no explaining it, you know. Sigh.

Of course my favorite "vintage" kitty is Charlie, but that McCoy string holder is pretty darn cute, too!

Here is an early Happy Birthday to Charlie---I will try to get to the party on time, but you know how it is when you have to rely on WiFi and public computers..........

You are a collector after my own heart.
It makes me happy to see we share a kitty passion.

I know you will party late into the night, so I can drop in after my other responsibilities this weekend.

Happy Birthday Charlie!
