It was fun seeing what you all thought I would buy from my thrifting adventure in Texas!
My first buy was...
This ironstone creamer~99cents and so cute!
It's smaller then you might think and I'll share where I put it at a later time!
Some of you figured I would get this..and I did!
Next
Oh yes, the Eiffel Tower shower hooks! I've been working on my master bathroom trying to put some Paris touches in there, so this was an exciting find. $2.99 and well worth it.
Many of you picked this!
Next
A few of you thought I would get this!
I love it and again it will probably go in the master bathroom. It was $4.99 w/30% off!
Next
The Denver coffee mug!
I admit this was a 'ringer' since I knew only one person would think I bought this and it was Kathe, and she did!
BUT....I had some thrifters 'remorse' and went back the next day to pick up a few items I left behind! I called Tiger's parents about the night light and they are getting him something special for his birthday so I passed on that, but I did buy!
This adorable frame. I gave it to Tiger yesterday and he loves it! He already put a photo of him and a friend in it!
Cute!
I also bought something I wasn't going to since I'm downsizing but then I really kept thinking about it and almost ALL of you thought I would buy this so well....I did!
It really is cute and was only 99cents so I just had to add it to my collection!
Now the last item I went back to buy was something many of you thought I would buy. I looked it up on line and saw a new one would be $21.99 plus shipping so this was a good deal at $3.99
The Butter Bell. It says 'Butter' on one side and the other 'Beurre' French of course! When the girl rang up my purchases and told me my total I knew it was too low. I asked if this was on sale and she said no it's .99, I showed her it was $3.99 but she said, oh that's OK. So I got this for .99....super score! So glad I went back for these items.
If you guessed any of the original four items I put your name in the bowl. I tried to get Charlie to pick one, but he was not cooperating. So I closed my eyes and choose.....
Mary @ Ms Redo for the winner!
Then I took the names of everyone who choose something from the day two purchase and did a 2nd chance drawing.
Again Charlie was no help so I closed my eyes and choose.....
Sheryl....no blog, so please contact me with your mailing address asap!
Oh and Kathe, since you are the only one who picked the Denver mug, you will be getting a little something also!
I'm joining
Wishing you JOY,
Linda

I would have never have guessed the big Eiffel tower picture LOL! What a steal on the butter crock! Today, I'm not as proud to claim I am a Denverite...will take some time to recover :-( I loved this game Linda! So much fun :-)
Eeek, I love winning!!! :) can't wait to see what I get, thanks Linda, merci beaucoup!!!
Mary
I think I had 3 right. What a deal on the Paris print, I'm surprised you don't already have it:-)
Your trip here paid off well!!!
Great choices, Linda! Congrats to the winners, too.
You really lucked out with those Eiffel Tower shower hooks and wall hanging! Love them! Tres chic, for tres cheap:)!!
So sorry I missed the "what did I buy" blog! I would have bet you would have bought anything Paris and also anything that was white. We did not have school 3 days last week so I was sewing little hearts for the booth. Jeff has had the flu for 10 days, he is about to whip it but I am glad I was home to take care of him! Hope all is well with your mom and you are doing well!
Great buys, I love the green mug with giraffes the best. Love my animals.
Have a blessed week, Ginger
looks like you found some great treasures again. Love the little pitcher!
I think I need to go thrifting with you. I walked through a thrift shop to get to a parking lot the other day and I literally saw nothing worth purchasing.
You have a knack.
Looks like you found some fun things Linda! I love the cute picture frame (and special pose for the pic:@)

Linda! I just called you LYNN, I just left Lynn's blog, and I had her name still on my brain. I am sorry. Thankfully, we are of a certain age and understand this type of confusion. xoxoxoxoxo.

And look at the typos! It should read: So glad you went back for Tiger's gift. Grandmother knows best!
I hate this IPAD. One day it called someone a bad name. I don't see well enough to catch most things, and I could well have been insulting people all over the internet! Thank goodness I caught that one!
I didn't see your previous post about guessing which items you bought, but most of the weren't much of a surprise (like the Paris things). ;-) Thrifting is so much fun!
Great finds as usual! I hope you will share some pictures of your Paris bathroom... It will be cute
Thanks for stopping by!
Oooh, that ironstone creamer is great!
If you haven't used a butter bell before, I will warn you that butter can go bad in it. I've found that mine is only usuable when the temperature in the house is under 70, which limits its use to November through March.
Great thrifting Linda-such fun and cute finds!

The little creamer is very sweet! I haven't seen a butter bell before! Learned something new today!
Lots of goodies from your trip. I'm feeling the NEED to thrift!

I should have guessed the Eiffel Tower shower rings...
Some great finds on your trip! Great prices too! Love that little creamer.

Congrats to Mary!! All fun bargains!
What a fun contest to throw! Anyone who didn't guess the Parisian stuff hasn't been paying attention! You got some really terrific buys on all the fun thrift finds, but most especially on that butter bell!!!
Have fun playing with your new toys!
Fun game Linda. I didn't do too good. I figured you had enough Paris stuff. Boy was I wrong. lol! Congrats to the winners!
hugs,
Jann
Hi Linda! Oh, I missed the game of guessing what you would buy but I love all you found! Can't wait to see your Paris bathroom when you're finished! Thanks for popping in to see me and I treasure your friendship.
be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Don't know how I missed this post! I loved seeing what you bought and I was right about a few items...:) I'm glad you got the butter bell....it's just like mine and so pretty to display, even if you don't use it! Blessings, Vicky
