Thrifty Things Friday #145

Diann and I are so glad to see you this week!

I haven't been in a thrift shop in weeks and thought today would be a chance to visit a couple of my favorite thrift shops near my Mom's house.
I had a blast just looking!
This mug would go with my collection for sure
A 4 place setting of Harvest Grape Milk Glass...oh be still my heart
A vintage Ironstone creamer
I've been thinking about getting one of these butter crocks to see if I like it...
they keep butter at a spreadable temp
What??? Eiffel Tower Shower Hooks!!
I love Pink and the pale pink vase is gorgeous, oh and look at that sweet little heart box!
I am always looking for fun coffee mugs!
We have lots of donut lovers in our family!
This is so cute and made me think of my friend Sue who loves to use Lobsters in her decor!
I still keep finding Paris items don't I!!
What a cute night lite...would Tiger like this?
How about this adorable Space frame!
ANOTHER Paris item
This cat & dog print reframed would be so cute
Who could resist a Twinkies cookbook!!

I had so much fun and I bought four of the items above.  Which four?  Leave a comment with your guesses.  I'll share with you in a few days what I bought and anyone who has guessed correctly 1-4 items will get their name in the pot for a prize!
Not sure what it will be, but something fun for sure!!

Now what thrifty things have you found???
Link up your post Here

Wishing you JOY,

Knowing that you are flying means that we have to stick with the smaller items, so I guess:

Yellow mug (It's the most awesome of all the mugs in your post and easy to pack.)
Butter crock (No time like the present to try one.)
Shower hooks (Easier to pack than the pic and you need Eiffel Tower shower hooks--yes, you do.)
Space frame (For a favorite pic of Tiger!)

Me, I would have bought the donut bear and the Twinkie cookbook. ;-)

Hmmm...let's see! I am guessing that you bought the giraffe mug, the butter bell (they do work great...I have one like it), the ironstone creamer, and the Eiffel Tower shower curtain rings. I was going to guess the milk glass dishes but they would be bulky to pack. Excited to see what you ended up with...:)

Hugs, Vicky

Hi Linda--what fun things you found, and such self-control! Only four items. After all your hard work at re-thrifting, you don't want to end up back where you started :) I think you bought the following: giraffe mug (adorable), ironstone (love it), butter keeper (useful), & night light(he's gonna love it). Although I bet all the Paris finds were calling out to you after your trip. I'd love to go back to Paris some day, sigh... Blessings, Diana

I would have guessed to cookbook, too! I used to LOVE Twinkies when I was little. I always had one in my Lu ch box... which was a barn with what I recall as a silo for the thermos... But I might be dreaming! ;-)

Neat find!
