Forgive me for being so late to post, but this has been a really LONG day!
I kept Tiger today! We had a great morning! We went to the Mall and rode the little train around the mall. We played on some cars and we rode the escalators up and down...twice!
We bought some new pj's, pants and a shirt for Tiger! We had a great time!
Came home for a nap time!
Then I hear a crash and crying!
Tiger fell off his bed!
I called his Daddy and he took him to the Dr.
He broke his arm!
He was so brave as they put on his cast!
A 'sorta' smile!
So not a thrifty post but I promise I have some fun things to share next week!
I'll be visiting all of you who link up at Diann's

Bless his little heart! I know you must have been one scared grandma but Tiger looks like a real trooper! What a fun day you had though and I love Tiger's sling...so cute! I had two little students who broke their arms...one left and one right, within a week of each other! Have a blessed and restful Friday!

Oh Linda, could you feel any worse!! Oh goodness of course it could have happened anywhere, but oh that sweet little face with tears...Tugs at my heart! Well, it is just a part of growing up! I bet you are exhausted!

The poor little guy looks so brave. Give him a big hug from all of us!!
Oh my - I am so sorry! The upside - the younger they are the faster they heal.
Oh no! Bless his little heart. I'm so sorry to hear Tiger broke his arm. I'm sure this scared you as much as it did him. Little ones pop back so quickly and I'll pray he does. Now you take care of yourself.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
Yikes...the poor little guy. Hope he heals with no problems. You must be feeling pretty low right now. Hope the rest of the week is nicer to you, Linda...
Oh my, poor Tiger and poor you Linda. You were probably more upset! Sweet pictures. Whew, you did have quite a day!
Poor lil' guy! He looks so brave, getting his cast. Good thing he'll heal up in a trice, those young'uns are flexible.
Give Tiger a kiss from me.
Oh DEAR!!!! Poor little guy. I can't believe the arm broke. Oh,Linda, you must have felt horrible, especially after such a fun day. Gosh. I'm really sorry to hear that but glad he is rallying through it.
How's Grammie doing? Susan
Oh poor baby! Poor YOU! I would be a wreck...glad he is alright, hope they gave you some meds to get through this..hehe.
Awwww, that's too bad! The photos are adorable...what a little sweetie..and he's so grown up! I bet you were scared to death. I would have been...and I agree with joanne...hope you got some meds! :)
Oh, no! Thank goodness he wasn't hurt worse than he was.
This happened to us with our middle daughter when she was two. She stood up in her high chair, fell onto her head, and broke her arm. Two years later, she broke her other arm while playing outside. Two days after this, our oldest broke HER arm ... we had a summer with two of our three girls in colorful casts. We got some pretty suspicious stares while we were out and about.
Hugs to you, and to Tiger.
Bless his heart, but bless your heart even more. I bet you were So scared and upset for that sweet boy. I can't imagine! Bless you BOTH!
Oh Linda, I am so sorry for little Tiger and for you! Having a little grandson now, I can only imagine how horrible you felt. I hope he mends soon.
Much love,
Linda

Oh man. Hope he's doing OK. My daughter fell off a bean bag and broke her wrist. Sometimes it's the silliest things that can really hurt. Get well soon Tiger!
He is so brave and tell him so. Wow he did so good and I know it must have broke your heart! Love, sandie

Poor little guy. Hopefully he mends quickly.
Sorry to hear about Tiger's accident. It must have scared the life out of you. Glad he is doing ok. Kids are amazing. I will do a post this week on what to look for in a good cat-sitter. Hugs, Deb
p.s. on Saturday...
Hi Linda. Thanks for stopping by. Hope you see that little Tiger this weekend! Have fun. (But no more monkeys jumping off the bed! ha haha)
Susan
Oh Linda! Poor little guy and it HAD to happen on your 'watch'!! Glad he is smiling about his ordeal.
Bless his and your little hearts! I know how that feels to have a child you love get hurt, you just wish that you could be the one that was hurt instead of him. Hope he heals fast. Does he have to get another cast or is that the permanent one? hope you have a quiet rest of the weekend!
Oh, no! Sad to hear this news, but from that smile it looks as if Tiger is handling the trauma. I know it was stressful for you knowing that Tiger was in pain.
Hope you have a good day tomorrow and that the arm heals quickly. ~ Sarah
I was out of town and missed this post. Poor Tiger, and poor grandma, too!!! It looks like he's being a sport and I'm sure he'll be back to running and jumping in no time at all.
Our vintage beds are so high that after reading this post, I'm investing in some small inflatable mattresses for our grandkids who've outgrown the pac-n-play. I've been piling up pillows around them, but I don't get much sleep because I'm afraid they'll fall out on our wood floors!
Poor little guy and poor Grandma! He at least got a cool cast! :)
Hi lovely lady.
How is the little guy doing now? I hope he is a lot better and playing like he did before.
