These are some FUN items that I enjoy using at Christmas!
This snowman pillow is a favorite!
I found it at a craft fair many years ago and it just makes me smile. Made from an old chenille bedspread, it looks great on the new chair!
This vintage Christmas sweater is very special.
It belonged to my Dad (I really can't see him wearing it but who knows). It is wool and has some issues, but it is something I wouldn't have Christmas without!
A new Grandma ornament added to the Tiger tree.
Of course I had to add a Eiffel Tower ornament to the tree this year!
And my newest favorite fun item was sent to me by my Mom
It's a Texas boot stocking!
I love it!
Once a Texan, Always a Texan!
I'm joining Kathe for
and

Wishing you JOY,

Oh so sweet. I LOVE that Sweater of your dads. I have several of my dad's cashmere sweaters that I "stole" (borrowed). I'm so glad I have them. He has been gone 20 years now. Love the Texas boot too. Merry Christmas!
I love your new paris ornament (did you get it there?) and how special about your dad's sweater. do you just hang it out? what about making it into a pillow? or stuffing a pillow inside and like, tying the arms behind so you can't see??
Love that snowman pillow too. How cute. And the Eiffel tower ornament, what a great memory.
Once a Texan...always a Texan! Amen! heehee! I wish someone in my family would give me some Dallas Cowboy stuff this year! lol LOVE that special sweater and the cute Paris ornie. It's so nice to be surrounded by things that make you feel good! Holiday hugs Sis!

You know how much I love Eiffel Towers too, Linda, so of course I adore yours! Gotta love those Christmas sweaters! Hey, we all have issues, don't we?:)

It's so much fun to add new ornaments to your tree that represents you. Every year when you take them out of the box and hang them, you get that smile from your memory!! Adorable from Tiger, and from Paris. Love your snowman pillow!! Bet he's soft and good for snuggles.

Yeah it is the little things we have that makes Christmas so special
I have my special items that mean Christmas to me, too. Love that you keep your Dad's sweater.

Aww..are you going to wear the sweater on Christmas day?
How fun to have a "tiger" tree!
Warmly,
deb
snowman pillow . . . dad's sweater . . . Paris ornament . . . Tiger tree . . . Texas boot - I would say that you have a pretty sentimental them going here - LOVE IT!
Love the snow pillow but Dad's sweater is the best!!
The best Christmas decorations are the ones that are so close to our hearts. Love the boot stocking!
I don't know why, but seeing that boot immediately made me think of Larry Hagman. Wow...I miss that old dude. He was the greatest villain of them all when he played J.R.!
I love the chenille pillow! What a fun addition to your decor. And that chair!!! My eyes were immediately drawn to it. New, huh? Congratulations!!! Gorgeous!!!
I see your Dad's sweater there and it just makes me well up. I'm going to my Mom's house tomorrow to collect some of my Dad's things and bring them here. It has been 6 months now, and I finally have the wherewithal to tackle that. I'm just going to go through his old tools and everything in his gardening shed. I'm sure I can find some treasures in there that will serve as a constant reminder of his love of the outdoors.
Have a very happy Christmas, dear heart. Maybe our Dads are hangin' out together and talking about their daughters right now!
The snowman pillow is adorable. Having your Dad's sweater as part of the decor is the nicest thing I've seen!
I can sense the fun you are having sharing the holidays with Tiger. Enjoy every minute as you build the memories. Merry Christmas! ~Sarah
