March always means Green to me!  St Paddy's Day and also the first signs of Spring.  If you are a regular reader of A La Carte you know how I love my 'cubbies' and change them all the time.  This is still a work in progress but I wanted to share some of the new items I have
The first set of shelves I have a mix of green glass and other decorative objects
Like this Birthday Girl for the month of May which is my oldest daughters birth month~Emerald is the birthstone
A cute little fairy and a very old USA ovenware dish

The second set of shelves has some special items
I love these two egg cups.  The smiling one was a recent gift from my friend Diann and the other is a lovely milk glass
This is a cute 'when pigs fly' beaded creation from Artworks
The bottom two shelves have several of my creamer collection displayed

I still need to do some tweaking and add some other objects to the display.

I'm joining two fun parties

I hope you will go by and visit these wonderful ladies and enjoy the parties!

March won't be bringing us much green, but I can enjoy it via your cubbies. I'm partial to the little acrobatic fairy, too. You have quite a variety to display!

You're certainly ready to celebrate! Thanks for being a part of Seasonal Sundays.

In that SECOND shelf, you have a green stemware sherbet that is ALMOST Boopie - - - but not quite.

Some of that on the first shelf looks like Depression Glass.

LINDA....we are soooo on the same page....with green things! You already know I have the dessert dish and if you've noticed my Header you've seen my March BDay Girl much like yours and made by Joseph. I have 4 small plates by HLaughlin in the dogwood pattern like your creamer and the exact same white pitcher next to the mini lamp. You have such good taste...LOL! Sorry I've missed Junkin' with you on Friday! I'll get back soon. I've got some fun new finds!

Lovin' the greenies!! I remember those birthday girls. My bday is in may also ;)
Bottom shelf with the creamewrs, the second one in...a darker green one, does it have a lid? I have a brwon one that is very similar that ws my Grandmothers. It has a lid with a hole in it. She lived with us and I saw it nearly everyday. But I can't remember how she used it. And dumb me never thought to ask when I grew up. I thought it was used to heat the water for a cup of tea, hence the hole in the lid? I've never tried to put in on a burner or even tried to use it for that matter. Just curious.
Have a great day!

Ah, what a bunch of lovely green items!!! I especially love the little emerald girl!!!

You know that I love green. It and pink are my favorite colors...and the absence of a green landscape is one of the biggest reasons I struggle so much with winter.

Have a great day.

Linda, I forgot to ask you...about the Bachelor. Who do you think he will pick. Chantal or Emma. I think he should pick Chantal. They make a good couple. I don't think Brad is ready for an instant family. Heck after 3 yrs. of therapy... just saying ; )
P.S. LOVE your green May girl and the egg cup ; )
