TULIPS

Happy Wednesday!  I am joining Sue over at
It's A Very Cherry World  for Rednesday!  Please check out all the wonderful reds!

I love tulips!

Red tulips for Valentine's Week!

They make me happy!

As does vintage rickrack!  I found these two spools at the thrift for pennies!  They are fragile as the fabric has deteriorated a bit,  but I think they look cool!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you go check out the other REDS Here .

Always,
Linda

I love tulips, too. I wish I could get them to grow here. All that came up for me when I did was the stalks!

I love tulips and would love to travel to Holland one Spring to see the fields of colorful tulips. We were up at Whole Foods today and they had a wonderful assortment of tulips in all colors. I use to grow them in Jersey but they had such a short life span and I always wished they would last longer.

Beautiful tulips...every time I try tulips here, something eats them as fast as I get them planted...guess I will stick with my iris in the side yard!

Super rick-rack! Looks much better than on the little cards. Love tulips, too - can't wait for all the Spring flowers!

My grandson is reading this blog with me. I asked him his comment and he said, "That you were very nice, but he wanted to go to bed!'

Guess I have to go - but I LOVE tulips - my favorite flower.

Linda those tulips are just beautiful ... what a gorgeous colour. I love receiving flowers in pots ... they last longer and you can always plant them in the garden.
Happy REDnesday!

I remember as a kid, being absolutely fascinated with rick-rack, because I loved the name.

My mom sewed a lot, and I talked a lot, so she taught me unusual words to keep me occupied for a while. Otherwise I would have driven her crazy.
