Welcome to Junkin Finds Friday!  This is my 3rd party and I am so glad you joined me!  Last week we had 24 participants!  I hope you got a chance to visit and see what so many others are finding in their thrifty shopping.  I was asked if it had to be a 'new' post or current find and the answer is no.  I welcome re-run posts and old finds that you want to share.  I also want to invite those of you who don't 'junk' but do find great thrifty items at retail stores.  You are welcome to show off those great bargains here also.  So let the party begin!

These are my latest junkin finds!

These hooks are awesome for Christmas ornaments
and keep them safely on the tree
I have been wanting to read this book and found it yesterday
A beautiful orphan salt shaker
The shape and colors are gorgeous and only 70 cents!
This little Stangl creamer was 99 cents
I really like this spoon rest, 20 cents
I adore hammered aluminum and this handled tray is really nice
The detail on the handle is great
Only $2.98!!

So show us your Junk!
I ask that you link up your post not just your blog.   Link back to this post so others can join in~that's it!

Happy Junkin!

Oh, I am so loving your hammered aluminum Linda! I have a small collection and I certainly would not have passed this one up. Love the ring of wheat and the knotted handle on it. Love all your new finds! The salt shaker is adorable! I agree that it looks like a pin cushion.

I have finally gotten a chance to join in the fun of your new party. Thank you so much for hosting it! It does not appear that the link worked for me. I will try again shortly.

Love that tin tray Linda, so pretty! My husband just rented that movie...the girl with the dragon tatoo, good story but some of the movie was hard to watch! I wonder if the book is better...they usually are. Have a great weekend!

Great finds Linda, I must be living under a rock, because I have never seen those ornament things..But they look like something I'd need, so thanks for educating me! Looking forward to participating in next week's party!

Hi, Linda! Those are some great finds there. I need some hooks like those. I have some ornaments that I worry about getting broken. Just found some cute ones at Hobby Lobby. I need to come up with something fun to share, but most of my finds aren't as thrifty as the ones other people find.

That was a steal on the Stangl creamer. Stangl is expensive. I know, I've tried to collect some but just can't bring myself to pay that much for it. The little orphan salt shaker looks like a vintage hat pin holder to me. What a find! And I paid a lot of money for those fancy ornament holders from Home Interiors years ago. You did very well my friend!~Ames

I am in love with that salt shaker! It is amazing! I love the curves to it and the colors on it are just great! I love everything you got! That little aluminum tray is also amazing! I love all your finds! I havent been on for awhile so im catching up on everything!

Linda, I hope this isn't innappropriate me asking you... But if you get the chance, could you go vote for my kitchen? By voting you also get chances to win a KitchenAid Artisan® Series 5 qt. Stand Mixer worth almost 300 bucks! And you can vote everyday :) I need lots more votes to win and only have 6 followers, so i was hoping you could help me! Vote for me, maybe even pass it on to your followers if you'd like! I would be forever thankful! Even one vote helps! There's only 5 days left of voting!
Thanks so much either way!

Hi Linda,
My whole world consists of finding junk for my booth. Some days are good, others, not so much. I found some sweet little side tables today that need some painting and I hope to have them ready for your next Friday Junkin Finds.
Anyway, I love your sweet finds. That little salt shaker is so cute.

I say big because the gals that join in, and big hearted and really love to share their goods and check out's just a good time! Have a great weekend. Debbie
P.S. I have nothing this week, however I promise you someday I will get here.

Good morning, Linda,
I love your junkin' finds today! So pretty. The orphaned salt shaker is my favorite. I just love the pattern on it. What a great little treasure for your collection. And your hand hammered aluminum tray is very pretty. I can just see it all done up with treats for Christmas. :-)

I haven't had any time to get my junkin' finds up yet, but I will later this morning if there's still time to join in on your fun. I was busy with doctors and crafts ;-), and then we met with the home school group and all went out to see Megamind and then got some dinner. It was loads of fun.

So... long explanation a little longer, I'll post my junkin' finds a little later this morning. ;-)

Oh, and thank you for all your kind words and encouragement. I appreciate it so very much. Doin' better today. :-)
