Changing The Cubbies

Now that Valentine's Day is over I'm ready to change the cubbies...but to what?
St Patrick's Day? Easter? Spring?
I'm not ready for any of those just yet so I grabbed my small collection of egg cups and just added them to the spaces left when the Valentine items were removed!
It's a bit of a mish mash but OK for now!
It's been sunny but cold here today
So I'm not ready for bunnies and eggs and Spring yet
The egg cups have been collected at yard sales, thrift shops and vintage malls
This egg cup has a cute saucer that goes with it
Keeping it real....this side isn't tweaked yet and just has a bunch of stuff sitting here waiting to be put somewhere!  I think it's time for the pinecones to go.

Did you notice these?
These little shoes belong to my baby girl Sara who will be 31 this coming Sunday!

I will be visiting my daughter and family for her birthday this coming weekend.  You know what that means right?  Tiger Time!
Here he is helping Daddy in the yard!
I can't wait to see him and get some kisses and hugs!

I'm joining these parties!

Wishing you JOY,

Linda

Well if you have a St Patrick's Day tote you should be able to fill the cubby! I think I'm sticking with my one St Pat's vignette and spring is not even worth thinking about here right now!

Oh Linda, isn't having a grandchild thrilling? One of life's best gifts, I'd say.

Cute egg cups, too! Susan

Linda that little milk glass hen brings back memories for me. My mother bought me a hen and nest like that for my 4th birthday. I loved it.

Oh, my! I still have Valentine's red and white out. Probably won't get it moving until the last week of the month! Then - there's St. Patrick's Day, a wedding anniversary for our Country Couple, the birthday of Country Man ON the first day of spring, and Easter! Man! What a busy month!

Adorable shoes!

Love your cubbies and all your lovely vintage items. I'm not ready for anything spring-like yet either. It's still very much winter here. Unfortunately. How far away does your daughter and grandson live from you?

Hi Linda! It's always fun to see what you'll do with your cubbies next! Oh, those little darling shoes - they look like they were never worn! I know you'll have a wonderful time with Tiger. He is just growing up so fast.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

I feel the same way. I'm not quite ready for bunnies and chicks so I'm keeping things simple. I love the sweet little shoes...time really does fly! Enjoy your week, my friend!

You have some of the cutest egg cups! There's no sign of spring here so I'll be doing St. Patrick's to switch things up a bit.

Thank you for not filling your cubby with Easter stuff just yet! I always seem to be so far behind on holiday decorating in Blogland. It seems one has to be at least 2 holidays ahead of the calendar to join the parties! I can't keep up. :)

I spotted the adorable shoes right away. You're so smart to have saved them! Enjoy your special little boy! We had our granddaughter this weekend and it is such a treat!

I think that cubby was one of your very best purchases! It such a great way to show off smalls and keep them all together and tidy. The holidays are coming too quickly and too close together this year. So, trying to enjoy each individually is kind of tough. Have fun with Mr. Tiger this weekend!

I love it when you change out your cubbie treasures! Love your egg cups! People don't use them much over here --- but when you go to Paris - everyone will use an egg cup!
Our daughters are the same age - my Megan will be 31 this friday!!
Have fun with your Tiger!!

Given the fact that I'm absolutely crazy about eggs, I should start my own egg cup collection too. These are wonderful, Linda.

Taking a little break from posting but continuing to visit.
