Gratitude Sunday #2

Thank you!
To those that linked up to the first party!
To those that read and commented!
To those who said they would join in!
I thank you all!
I gave this some thought and decided that this week I am grateful for silence
HUH?
Yes, silence.  Sometimes the world is just too loud for me.
TV, Music, Talking, Cars, Trucks...
Just Noise!
I have been able to spend some quiet time this week.  With my nose in a book or just dreaming!
It's good for the soul.  A time to think without distraction.  A time to pray.  A time to relax your mind.  Yes this week, I am grateful for Silence!

What are you Grateful for this week?

Please link up your post and try to visit others that link up also!

Wishing You JOY,

Linda

I am right there with you about the silence. I spent a quiet day at home today in the peaceful silence. It got up to 72 today and I should have been out and about, but needed silence. :)

I am always grateful for silence. Time to focus, think, work.

I am grateful too that your post focused on silence and reminded me how much I appreciate silence.

What a great way to spend the week. We all need to tune out every now and then. I'm grateful for not procrastinating this week and finally got two closets cleaned out. It sure feels good.

Amazing grace is what I think of on Sundays...relaxing, rest, silence (meditation & prayer). Thanx for being such a nice hostess. My castle door is always open to browse over at the "royal blog."

I was quiet a lot this week. No TV and no radio. I just sat and hand stitched. It was nice to be quiet and clear my mind. Nice to see you! Have a blessed and good week.

Hi Linda, Considering I had a day this week in which I really needed to completely shut out the world and everything to be still and quiet around me, I can totally agree with this! thanks for hosting!

I really appreciate silence after a particulary noisy day-I don't always know I'm missing it until I have it.
Have a good week.
