It's February! One of my favorite months. Why you ask? Well of course there is Valentine's Day which is always fun to decorate for and my baby girl Sara was born in February!
But this post is about Charlie Kitty!
Charlie is the sweetest boy! I have had him for 13 years and he has seen me through some really tough times! A divorce, loss of parents and illness! He is very special to me!
When I met Mr ALC it was love me, love my kitty!
And he does! I have been able to travel to see my children, My Mom and my Brother and never worry about Charlie being taken care of!
Charlie has made friends with my camera :)
Since I do take many photos of him!
Charlie is an indoor only cat
Loves to sleep on my bed!
He has his own 'perch' on the screened in porch so he can watch the birds and he loves it out there!
Charlie Kitty is my favorite pet ever!

You scared me! Blog post titles with the names of pets are almost NEVER a good thing. I thought something awful had happened. Whew ... I'm okay now.
It sounds like you feel the same way about Charlie that I am with my Maggie. We love all of our pets, but there's something about some of them that makes us think that the connection between us was meant to be, and that we had no choice in the matter. It's like that with Maggie and me.
Now that I look at him again, Charlie has a very wise, very Maggie look about him. We say that Maggie was once human, and she's probably doing time as a cat as punishment for some sort of world domination plot in a former life.

Charlie Kitty is so cute. My husband and son are allergic to cats, but I had cats growing up. They have such distinctive personalities.

Awe, sweet Charlie boy. He is sweet at 13 Linda. I've always always LOVED kitty cats. I tried to sneak on in the house when I was 6. He was in the house for 5 minutes before my mother had a bird!!! Not sure what ever happened to that sweet little one : (

Charlie has a good life and he is loved. That's all a cat can ask for. He has it made. I know what you mean about a cat going through life's ups and downs. Well, Happy 13th Anniversary to Charlie! Our Sweetie came to us in February too. She was hiding in our garage, and was the hungriest, skinniest kitty I had ever seen. She's quite a petite, but lovely creature now. I love to see Charlie's picture. He's a handsome devil!!

Charlie is such a beautiful kitty, or should I say handsome, seeing he is male! I am glad to hear you are another responsible pet owner keeping him inside where it is safe...I cringe whenever I see a cat out wandering around, I know it will be hit by a vehicle before long.
He is very photogenic! When I met my husband HE had cats! heehee! His family loves cats...all of them! I was more of a dog person but I got to love his cats, too! ♥

You know how much I love Charlie. And right now Gizzy and Gabby are rolling and drooling over his photos. He is one good lookin guy.
I think it's sweet that you love him so much and that you shared how much the two of you have been through together. There is nothing like the love of our pets and the many joys they give to us.

People who do not have cats don't probably realize how smart they are when it comes to consoling their owners. My cats do not leave my feet or lap when they know I am home sick. They are super sensitive aren't they?!

Aaaw, Charlie's a sweetheart! I absolutely love cats, and my big lump of a cat is a sweet, sweet girl too. And good for you for keeping him indoors. Cats do live longer this way.
