WHATS UP WEDNESDAY & GIVEAWAY

It's a lovely rainy day here in Atlanta and what a great day to catch up on some thank yous!  I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family, good health and the best friends ever!

How fun is it to receive packages in the mail?  Sometimes expected, sometimes not!

Recently the fabulous ZootsuitMama offered to share some of her vintage collectibles with her followers.  Knowing I'm a huge Flamingo fan she sent me these two treasures!

Isn't he cute!!  Only 5 inches tall it made me squeal when I opened the package.
AND she included this....

A rhinestone Flamingo pin!
She is having another giveaway Here
So give her a visit!

I won a giveaway from the sweetest blog
My Sister's Cottage
Cheryl dedicates this blog to her sister Nancy who lost her battle with ovarian cancer.  It's an uplifting tribute to the love she and her sister shared and the fun they had, especially doing crafts!
Cheryl made these adorable magnets using belt buckles and bits & pieces of this and that.  I love them!!  I was so thrilled to win them.  I hope you will visit this lovely blog!

I have a blogging friend named Chris!  She and I haven't met (yet!) but I think we will.  She saw a post I did here.
I was trying to decide which Valentine place setting to use...this one caught her eye
And she sent me this....
Yes!  It's a matching cup and saucer!  I love it.  I swear the nicest people are out here in blogland.  If you haven't visited I'm Not Old, I'm Vintage you don't know what you are missing!

So we are down to the last month of my daughter's pregnancy!  She is doing great and so is the baby.  Due April 10th! I am beyond excited!  Don't worry there will be lots of updates and photos!

Since I have been so blessed lately I think it's time to do a giveaway to you my wonderful friends!
This is a cute Oneida mini teapot

If you would like to win this teapot please leave a comment saying you would like to be entered!  That's it!  Make sure I have a way to contact you.  I will draw a name Sunday.

Happy Junkin,

Linda

What wonderful gifts and prizes you've received! You know I love all of them. Although I've never shared my flamingos on my blog (and I do still intend to do that), I love your additions to your flamingo collection. What clever uses of the Scrabble letters. Loving that idea. And what a pretty pink cup and saucer. The luck of the Irish has been with you lately! Such a delightful give-away. Please put my name in the drawing. laurie

How sweet of you to share what you were gifted! We are in the process of selling La Condo so we won't be able to meet up there but I've got a real hankering to go to that HUGE antiques market outside of Atlanta so that will be where we'll (finally) see each other . . . one of these days. I wonder if ZootSuitMama has any flamingos left--she sent me a figurine, too!!! Ain't blog love wonderful?!

I don't need a teapot, but it is very cute and will make somebody very happy. It looks like it should be on the Mary Englebreit calendar or in the "Life is Just a Chair of Bowlies" picture. Looking forward to seeing a beautiful, healthy grandbaby of yours. ;)

OMYGOODNESS...how sweet of these bloggers to send you such nice things. I love them.
I am hoping your sweet grandbaby WILL be born on the 10th...Mr. Sweet's birthday and our anniversary. :)))
I WANT THAT TEAPOT !!!!!

What wonderful goodies you received, they are all fantastic, but that first flamingo is Over the Moon luscious! If that came to my door, it would be like winning the lottery! Be forewarned, don't ever give me your address, you just might find that flamingo has flown the coop and moved to Florida!

Now don't enter me in your giveaway, as cute as that teapot is, there is someone who will flip over winning it and be as excited as I was over seeing your flamingo.

Counting down to the birth of a grandchild? The best thing on Earth! Congrats!
