CELEBRATING AUTUMNAL EQUINOX!

It's here Autumnal Equinox! Which means it is 'officially' Fall!
Let's have a nice dinner on the deck!

I used place mats in shades of green
Added a dinner plate and salad plate in soft greens and golds
Added the burgundy plate to pick up the red
along with a plaid napkin
and a vintage green sherbet glass
Vintage Wine goblets also in a dark green
The centerpiece is a trio!
Wonderful pot of Mums
Acorn candle holder and a green candle
A bottle of wine in a glass holder with a touch of fall
I could not decide if I liked the large acorn tucked in with the wine bottle or not....took photos both ways.
I used pale yellow flatware
Added a pair of vintage acorn salt & pepper shakers
A mix of vintage, thrift store finds and repurposed items
I wanted to take some photos with the candles lit
but before I could do that the rain came....
Still enjoying the warmer days and nights!
Hope you are celebrating the official start of Autumn!

I'm joining in with

Always,

Linda

As always, you have set a lovely table. I wish I had several sets of colored flatware like you do. It adds so much fun to the table.

You know that I'm not really CELEBRATING fall's arrival, but we ARE having soup and crusty bread for dinner tonight. So, I guess we ARE celebrating fall's arrival without meaning to.

Happy evening to you.

Love,
Patti

Love your colors and the green stemware is RIGHT up my alley. I really love the square bottoms on the goblets. Prettiest stem shape I've seen in a while.

The whole table is full of pretty color! Makes me want to set up a meal on the deck.
