On one of my last days in Houston, TX I stopped by a Salvation Army and found something that made my heart go pitty-pat!!
A stack of these Ruby Red glass plates on a shelf
Six of them and for only....99 cents each!!
I can't tell if these plates are old or new but it doesn't matter they are just beautiful
The pattern through the light is wonderful
And that color....
Hope you enjoyed seeing my Ruby plates, I am looking forward to using them in a tablescape soon

I coveted a complete set of Avon's Cape Cod Red Dinnerware my Aunt had and she gave it to her sister. I cried. Really.

Red is my favorite color and these are lovely.

No, it really doesn't matter if they're new or old. All that matters is that they are gorgeous! So many great uses for them too. They would look amazing sitting in a window or on a table. What a great find, Linda!

They are beautiful. I love all strong colors and red is the best! A few years ago, someone told me every room should have something red, even if it is just a splash. I have more than splashes! Great plates!
